QUANTITATIVE

Central Location Testing

Central location testing (CLT) takes place in a specific, controlled environment such as a shopping mall, restaurant, community center, hotel, testing lab, or other suitable location. Qualified respondents / interviewees are normally centralized in a certain place to take face-to-face interviews. Before conducting the interview, interviewers are well-trained to increase their interview skills and avoid affecting on the respondent’s ideas through the interview. As the interview is conducted in a certain place, it is easier to manage whole process of the interview as well as dealing with unexpected situations.

Door To Door

Door to-door market research may be used for several reasons. The most common reason for undertaking this method is to recruit by going to specific addresses. For example an address chosen at random or under a geodemographic classification system may suggest the person who lives at that particular home may meet the sampling criteria. Door-to-door market research interviewing can often depend on the person undertaking the research. There is an opportunity available to them to build a rapport with the potential respondent at their door, which can enhance cooperation and achieve good quality results.

Online Surveys

For majority of the quantitative surveys we deliver these days, Some of these will invite people to take part via email (using client lists). In other instances, we source willing participants from our databases and panels. In most cases, online surveys are the most attractive option as they are both quick and cost effective. Our databases provide you validated and verified respondents from various target groups, including: Youth and Education, Healthcare Professionals, Patients, and Business-to-Business Decision Makers.

Telephone Surveys

Telephone surveys – sometimes referred to as “CATI” (computer-assisted telephone interviewing). Interviews carried out by telephone are guided by a questionnaire displayed on the screen of a computer. The advantage of CATI is that the respondent is automatically routed through the questionnaire based on their answers – removing the potential for human error and the possibility that incorrect questions may be asked.
